Randy Forbes and the Congressional Modeling & Simulation Caucus, NTSA has created “A Primer on Modeling and Simulation: The World of M&S,” a 25-page booklet intended to give the average layperson an understanding of Modeling & Simulation and its history, applications, value and potential.
